Simon founded Mission in November 2017 to transform cloud managed services and consulting into agile, flexible, pay-as-you-go services that are closely aligned to the value and benefits of the public cloud itself. Prior to Mission, Simon was CEO of DreamHost, where he scaled the web hosting and cloud computing company to 400,000 customers worldwide. He also co-founded the software-defined storage company Inktank, which was acquired by Red Hat for $175M in 2014. Simon started his tech career as a venture capital partner with Allen & Buckeridge in Sydney then Silicon Valley. He has earned Science and Law degrees from the Australian National University, and undertaken executive education programs at Harvard Business School.
Sales executive with extensive experience and deep knowledge in building and growing teams in Cloud Computing, B2B software, and Analytics. For the past 7 years at AWS, Sherry has brought her passion for startups to help them adopt agile development models, accelerate enablement, and go-to-market for business success. Her team works with some of the fastest growing startups on the west coast and HCLS startups nationally. She holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and an MBA from Notre Dame de Namur University. Sherry also volunteers as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) where she works with abused or neglected children and the legal and child welfare professionals to ensure children are provided with a safe and healthy environment in permanent homes.
Jim Andelman is co-founder and Managing Director of Bonfire Ventures. Jim has spent his entire career in and around enterprise software, and has been a VC investor for 18 years. Previously he founded and served as Managing Partner of predecessor firm Rincon Venture Partners, and led Software Investing at Broadview Cpaital Partners. Jim serves on the Boards of Directors of Boulevard, Fuel50, HG Insights, KittyHawk, Qordoba, Rainforest QA, Rockbot, SteelHouse and Thankful.ai. He previously served on the Boards of Packet Island (acquired by BroadSoft), Burstly (acquired by Apple), DataPop (acquired by Criteo), Divshot (acquired by Google) and Rentlytics (acquired by Realpage).
As Chief Executive Officer of mPulse Mobile, Chris bring over 20 years of experience in healthcare and digital technology leadership in fortune 100 companies and dynamic startups. Prior to mPulse
Mobile, Chris spent over a decade in strategic leadership roles at Humana, including VP and COO of Wellness, and led Humana’s Strategic consultancy division. At mPulse Mobile, Chris brings a passion for developing solutions that improve health outcomes while transforming member experience. He holds a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from University of Louisville. He also completed the Harvard Executive Development Program for Healthcare Leaders.
